من خلال تطبيق طريقة VAST (بناء الرؤية ، والمساءلة ، والرعاية الذاتية ، وإدارة الوقت) ومبادئها في حياتها ، شاهدت حياتي تبدأ في الانفتاح بطريقة جديدة تمامًا. اضطررت إلى مشاركة طريقة VAST هذه مع النساء من حولي وتغيرت حياتهن أيضًا! هذا يسمح لي أن أعرف أن الطريقة يمكن أن تغير حياة الآخرين بالطريقة التي غيرت بها حياتي.
